Refund Policy

This page explains how RTOGuard billing, cancellation and refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service.

How billing works

  • All RTOGuard charges are billed by Shopify, in US dollars, on your Shopify invoice.
  • You approve every charge on Shopify's own page before it starts.
  • The Free plan has no charge. Starter is US$19.99 a month. There is no free trial.

How to cancel

  • Switch to Free at any time inside RTOGuard: Plans and usage, then Switch to Free. The paid plan ends at once.
  • Or uninstall RTOGuard from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling also ends any paid plan.

Refunds

Refunds follow Shopify's standard rules for app charges. We do not give refunds for part of a billing month after you switch to Free or uninstall, unless the law requires it.

If you think you were charged by mistake, email impactmarvelagency@gmail.com with your store domain and the invoice date. We will look into it and, where Shopify allows, help sort it out.

WhatsApp fees

WhatsApp confirmation is coming soon and is not part of any plan today. When it is live, WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. They are not RTOGuard charges and are not refunded by us.
