We are building automatic order confirmation on WhatsApp, sent from your own WhatsApp Business number. It is not live yet, and it is not part of any plan today.
What you can use today
The Call list has a Message on WhatsApp link on every risky order. It opens WhatsApp on your team's own phone with the buyer's chat. RTOGuard does not send any message itself.
When it goes live
- Messages will go from your own WhatsApp Business number.
- WhatsApp message fees will be charged by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account, not by RTOGuard.
- You will choose whether to turn it on.
