  • COD risk score (0 to 100) on every Cash on Delivery order, with Shopify tags such as Risk:HIGH
  • Risk card on the Shopify order page
  • Call list with reasons, earlier orders, address gaps, call script and a Message on WhatsApp link
  • Outcomes: Confirmed, Cancelled, Not reachable, Call back. Ship it or Cancel order on held high-risk orders
  • Test mode: scores and tags, sends and cancels nothing
  • Money view: booked, cancelled, returned, kept. Blended ROAS and real ROAS
