Who bills me?
Shopify. RTOGuard charges go on your regular Shopify invoice in US dollars. You approve every charge on Shopify's own page.
Is there a free trial?
No. The Free plan is free for as long as you like, with 100 COD orders a month. Starter starts when you approve it.
Do prepaid orders count?
No. Only Cash on Delivery orders count towards your monthly limit.
Can I switch back to Free?
Yes, at any time. In RTOGuard open Plans and usage and choose Switch to Free. The paid plan ends at once.
Do you give refunds?
Refunds follow Shopify's standard policy for app charges. See our refund policy.
Will WhatsApp cost extra?
WhatsApp confirmation is coming soon and is not in any plan yet. When it is live, WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. They are not part of RTOGuard billing.
